1. Running the water through the pipes, flushing and rinsing out the toilets. 

2. We are there to inspect WEEKLY interior and exterior making sure all is well, doors locked and the home is secure! When your home has that lived in look and people see us coming and going your chances of unwanted visitors are less likely.

3. We will check your home after wind storms or rain.

4. We will collect  your paper.

5. We make sure the landscape is being maintained. 

6. We check for obvious insect and/or pest presence.

7. Convenient monthly billing.

Our Premium Package includes:

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES OUR SPECIAL " ALOHA SERVICE " 

1. All of the above included in the Basic Package.                                      

2. Twice a month we will turn on your dish washer run a rinse cycle to prevent any drying and cracking of the seals.

3. Check your calls and forward your messages.

4.Check your mail and forward it to you if you like. (Client pays for postage.) 

5. Respond to any emergency following your phone call, or security companies.

6. Adjust light timer's if accessible and replace light bulbs as needed inside and out.

7. Start/Drive your Car.  

8. Checking the battery and air in the tires and oil if needed.                                      

9. Same with your golf cart if applicable.

10. Change air filters if accessible.

11. ALOHA SERVICE (GOODBYE): You say Goodbye & leave the rest to us, We Close your home wash, dry and put away your bed linen.  Wash, dry and put away the dishes. Turn thermostat to temperature you suggest. Turn off hot water heater. Turn off water. Clean out refrigerator of perishable items and make sure trash can is out on trash day and put away again.  All you have to do is pack and go.

12. ALOHA SERVICE (HELLO): We Open your home, stock refrigerator with items you've requested.  Make the beds, vacuum and dust.  Turn on the heat/ac, hot water, water to toilets and washing machine. Make sure things are dusted and vacuumed, and have a light on when you get in if needed!
